So it's the first game of the season, I am down on the playing field at BYU with a press pass around my neck. This is me taking pictures of Ty Detmer, Gifford Nielsen, Chad Lewis and the boys coming out of the tunnel to start the season. This is after I just ate great food in the press box and had my picture taken. Joe Emig won the press passes and his dad and I took advantage. We are talking 1st game, on the field, hanging with the homies. We're talking patting the players on the back and visiting with the people on the sidelines. We are talking seeing how big these guys are, and being on the goal line taking pictures when Pitta scores.

Wow! What a way to start off the BYU football season. Doesn't really get better than that does it?
being that close and "in the action" might actually convert me to liking football games.
Dad....I am so happy for you. If I got to be that close some of the players would probably have to take out restraining orders against me. Hahaa. We looked for you the whole game. Lucky!
