Caral is believed to be the oldest American ruins found thus far. They date to about 3000 years before christ. This is the central oblish and the pyramide in the back is almost identical to the shape, orientation and manner of construction of the Mayan. No evidence of weapons, 4 bodies found thus far, totally agrarian, no written language, math knots like the later Inca and a lot of questions. I will get back to you on it.
