Misti

A typical Spanish Colonial street in Arequipa. Also the beautiful Mountain Misti in the background.

My first area as a missionary in 1964 was in Arequipa. I worked my tail off for 6 months and had no baptism. Nada. Cero. NingĂșn. Almost no missionaries did. But I loved the city, which was watched over by the semi-active volcano, El Misti. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

I gave ryan the job of finding the journal that you asked for but he hasn't done it yet. I'll go do it tonight, keep sending the dish bill when you get it, and I'll get it paid!- nothing new at home lots of Love!-n
