This is a picture of over 100 students taking an aptitude and vocational preference test in Canto Grande. This represents about 80 new loans that will come in over the next 3 months just inside of Lima. We have had more loans so far this year than they had all of last year. We have made an agreement with the government to give these tests to help us determine aptitude and advisability of the educational paths the students are thinking about. This gives them options and helps them to know what will be hot over the next few years. They lady that gives these tests is knowledgeable on what the current employment possibilities are. In the morning we travel to Arequipa where we have 30+ return missionaries. Doug is the speaker at a special fireside Saturday night concerning missionary work. Connie is speaking up a storm and now we are fighting for our place in the conversations as we travel. We let her talk alot as it is still pretty entertaining.

We love Arequipa. We taught NRT there 5 years ago and have returned twice since then. The Monestery there is so beautiful.
We had a very nice visit with the Joo's and Nelsons on Thursday in Salt Lake City. It sounds like your work is very successful. You are doing a wonderful thing.

I don't think any of us are surprised that you have done more already this year than last...way to go! We're glad things are going so well.
