Lord of Sipan

After our conferences in Chiclayo we went to Tucume, Sipan and Lambayeque to see ruins. Principally, these were what appeared to be mountains uncharacteristically standing out in large flat coastal plains. Over the years the rain has washed the dirt off the mountains and ruins, pyramids and temples have been discovered under the mountains. Now we know the mountains were made of clay bricks and were artificial. The Lord of Sipan rivals the Egyptian stuff in terms of amount of gold found. The main find was in 1987 but they just keep finding additional graves, temples and crypts. This is the Moshe culture that lived from 100 A.D. to about 750 A.D. They came from the sea either from the North, the Islands or from Asia. Thor Heirdahl's original Kon Tiki was an attempt to identify the origin of this people. Good stuff for us RUINS GUYS.

I thought you would for sure tie these ruins into the Nephite saga. You sound like you are finally having some fun. All we get are Roman digs and a few treasures from the Thracian days, but they are impressive. You have more priesthood in your training meeting than we have active members in the whole country.
