Just a couple of pixs of the Gilbert house as we have worked on it this week. It should be a good winter place, 3,400 square feet, 5 bedrooms (3 on the main floor) 4 baths in one of the best neighborhoods in Gilbert (same street as new temple, clubhouse with 8 tennis courts, 4 racketball courts, pools etc.) right off the 60 and within a couple of miles of 5 of my mission companions. We havea good renter for the next couple of years. Should be a good investment. (Summers in Moses Lake, Fall in Provo, Winters in Gilbert and Mexico). I would say that is the plan, but probably it is just a dream.

Really pretty! I like the fireplace outside and the front yard looks so great...clean and low maintenance. So fun.
