Unwanted Fame

Last night I was reading my Fair Digest email that comes daily with all the Mormon news in the world. I enjoy it. Then i got down to the Bloggernacle which is a Mormon Times page that directs people to blogs on various subjects. It talked about a report of a mission president's seminar. Within a couple of sentences I could tell that they were linking to my blog on the trip to Germany. I immediately went in and dropped the article that I had written. I could not believe that was posted worldwide. I really did not understand that this is so public. Anyway, I really did not say anything that I did not mean to say, but it was a little too public. It was a good lesson. I love the work. Tonight we had an MTC tour to a youth group from the Canary Islands (23 youth from 12 to 18) and it went well. We showed the Joseph Smith and the restoration movie and then a pep talk from Connie and I. We loved it. I think they did too. We are working a plan to get more European missionaries.

Sorry, but that makes me chuckle. I am glad it was a positive review!

I have a smile on my face - so 1-800-call - us may have to wait?

Yes, I am still thinking 1-800-call us is ok for the middle east, but we are going to baptize these Europeans.
